Flutter Developer & Scrum Master (Hybrid Role) We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer who can also serve as a Scrum Master to lead agile development and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Flutter-based mobile and web applications while managing sprint cycles, team tasks, and product delivery timelines. Responsibilities: Develop cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart for mobile and web. Integrate APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs into application workflows. Implement responsive UI/UX and manage app performance optimization. Use state management tools like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod effectively. Plan and oversee agile sprints, conduct stand-ups, and ensure sprint goals are met. Facilitate communication between development, UI/UX, and backend teams. Monitor sprint progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery. Maintain version control using Git and follow clean coding standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Flutter development. Strong knowledge of Firebase, REST API integration, and authentication methods. Hands-on experience with agile/scrum frameworks and sprint tools (Jira, Trello, or Notion). Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and basic backend understanding is an advantage. Preferred: Agile or Scrum certification.
