Agile Scrum Master

Job Description: As a part of GlobalLogic, you will be integral to a team working on a significant software project for a reputed company, specializing in M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules for industries such as automotive, healthcare, and logistics. Your responsibilities will include developing firmware for end-user modules, incorporating new features, ensuring compliance with the latest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as analyzing and estimating customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Transforming up to 3 Agile Teams and establishing new Agile Teams. - Conducting team-level agile events, workshops, and coaching sessions. - Documenting agile methodologies, templates, and outputs. - Providing product team delivery metrics and health reports. - Defining and implementing agile best practices at the team level. - Coaching the Product Owner and team on agile methodologies and best practices. - Advocating for a cohesive and robust team environment, managing risks and dependencies. - Executing team-level agile events and practices. - Creating and executing agile surveys and retrospectives. - Establishing and monitoring team-level agile metrics. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in transforming and setting up Agile Teams. - Deep understanding of agile methodologies and best practices. - Proficiency in facilitating agile events, workshops, and coaching sessions. - Ability to create and execute agile surveys and retrospectives effectively. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Previous experience in product team delivery metrics and health reporting would be beneficial.,
