Role: Electric Vehicle Thermal Management System Engineer Essential: B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electrical Electronics/ Electronics Communication Minimum 60 % marks Desirable: M.E / M. Tech in Control Systems / Thermal Engineering and project work related to Electric Vehicle / Hybrid Electric Vehicle. Responsibilities: Define the system diagram of the EV for thermal system Define the controller architecture, interfaces (electrical and physical), and functions for thermal management system of EV Define the detailed requirements for EV thermal system controls Perform system simulation sizing for EV thermal system Develop the thermal management controller functions and software, including logic development, MIL evaluation, HIL evaluation and vehicle level validation using MBD approach Develop diagnostics for thermal controllers Implement ISO 26262 functional safety requirements Functional Testing, System/part benchmarking, and database creation Working with stakeholders within the organization and outside (suppliers, consultants) for above development Technical/ Functional: Working experience of system and controls for automotive (ICE/xEV) thermal management system and/or HVAC System Experience of Thermal Simulation in Matlab/Simulink or any other tool Experience of Model Based Design with Matlab Simulink/State flow Experience in testing at controller level (HIL) and vehicle level Exposure to appropriate Regulations and Standards of HEV/EV such as AIS 038, AIS 102, AIS 048 and AIS 084 etc. ECU testing, excellent electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills Knowledge of ISO 26262 Behavioral Proactive, takes initiatives and should have good problem-solving skills Open to constantly learn, un-learn re-learn Motivate team with proper delegation through effective mentorship Envisage change adapt swiftly to advancements Vision for future through foresight of the industry/consumer trends Should be open to posting anywhere as per the job requirement

Role: Manage team for EE platform and Body Controllers Design and Development activities. Lead the team for various activities related to EE platform design and Development e.g. CS implementation, Logical and Physical Architecture Development System, Requirement Specification Development, Safety specs etc. Lead the team for various activities related to Body Controllers design and development activities, Homologation, Testing, part development etc. Supporting vehicle homologation team during discussion with certification agencies and vehicle type approval. Understanding of Advanced functions like Gateway, OTA, Digital Key, EV technologies etc. Functional safety and Cybersecurity adaptation. Know-how of different types of E/E Platform (Distributed, Domain, Zone etc.) Responsibilities: Design and Develop a cost-effective Vehicle EE platform concept and solution considering features requirements, cost targets, regulations, advanced technologies etc. Develop process to manage CS requirements, specification, verification, PEN testing etc. (RFQ, SOR, SPEC, TARA, CHECKLIST, etc.) Design and Develop Body controllers [BCM, Gateway, New Technologies (Digital key, OTA etc.] (RFI, RFQ,SOR, CHECKLIST, PROTO SUPPORT etc.) Project management: Plan and monitor EE platform related development activities for smooth implementation in various models. Supporting EE platform capability development of team and relevant stakeholders Verification of ECU part level test result and analysis report Verification of vehicle-level type-approval demonstration to regulatory agencies Compiling EE platform related technology trends industry best practices and sharing it with internal workgroup.
