Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and Experienced Verification Engineer to oversee and drive both software and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) verification efforts for Vehicle dynamics area. This role will focus on the verification of ECM/ACM/TCM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both software verification and HIL testing, with hands-on experience in advanced testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, particularly within the automotive sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop test specifications and verification plans based on scope and requirements. Align test activities with product goals through collaboration with SW Team, verification leads, ESL s Analyze requirements and design documents to define verification strategies, incorporating risk assessments (e.g., FMEA). Plan, create, execute, and maintain test cases, scripts, specifications, and Function Variants (FVs) for automotive software and HIL systems. Perform system and subsystem-level testing; support CI/CD pipelines with quality Execute tests, log results, troubleshoot failures, and report defects. Generate final test reports and coordinate reviews with stakeholders. Lead continuous improvement efforts through Lessons Learned and support adoption of advanced verification methods (e.g., model-based testing). Mentor team members and promote verification best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface with HIL maintenance for hardware/model updates. Support HIL commissioning/upgrades and stay updated on verification trends and tools. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 4 years of experience in Verification and Validation (V&V) within the Automotive domain. Strong domain expertise in test and verification processes for automotive systems, with solid understanding of Electrical and Electronic (EE) systems. Hands-on experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL), Software-in-the-Loop (SiL), or Model-in-the-Loop (MiL) environments (minimum 5 years). Proficiency with CANalyzer/CANoe, NI,dSPACE tools, and version control systems. Experience in ECU testing, test automation, and software release management. Familiar with ASPICE, ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), and vehicle network protocols (CAN, J1939, LIN, Ethernet). Exposure to software verification tools, agile practices, continuous integration (Jenkins is a plus). Familiarity with test equipment and emerging testing methodologies.
