JOB DESCRIPTION : Job Family: SCM Consulting Designation: Functional Consultant Location: Bangalore Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience Notice - Immediate joiner Role Summary: - Were looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning Solution Architects and Senior Consultants to drive innovation and efficiency for customers across industries. This role involves working on industry-leading tools (SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis) and collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance supply chain capabilities. Requirements Educational Qualifications: Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management schools What Were Looking For: 5+ years of experience in large-scale supply chain programs. Strong background in ERP & SCM platforms (Kinaxis, o9.). Hands-on expertise in supply chain transformation on these platforms Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in planning transformation programs in CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Pharma You Are A Good Fit If This Sounds Like You: Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation. Works independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs or systems. Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally. Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels. Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
