Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant L2 with expertise in SAP SuccessFactor Employee Central to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
Provide technical expertise and support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects.
Develop and maintain documentation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configurations and customizations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central functionality.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Experience working with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
