Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP CRM solutions.
Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications for SAP CRM projects.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior consultants on SAP CRM implementations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP CRM projects.
Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP CRM implementations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP CRM Sales or related field.
Strong understanding of SAP CRM functionality and architecture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
