Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant L2 with 8-10 years of experience in SAP Successfactor RCM-RMK to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in this area and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP Successfactor RCM-RMK solutions.
Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications for SAP Successfactor RCM-RMK projects.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP Successfactor RCM-RMK best practices.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP Successfactor RCM-RMK implementations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP Successfactor RCM-RMK.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and implementation.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of SAP Successfactor RCM-RMK, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
Experience working with various SAP modules, including HR, Finance, and Supply Chain Management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality results and ensuring accuracy and quality.
