ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Connect with key business executives and stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of clients.
• Identify opportunities to get more work and special projects from existing clients, and expand into more categories.
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned customers.
• Understand critical challenges from customers and the delivery team to ensure consistent service.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
• Excellent written and oral (phone) communication skills are a must.
• Well-versed with a full recruitment life cycle.
• Exposure to working with Direct Client requirements and VMS Based clients.
• Experience with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Good understanding of technologies or various IT terminologies.
• Strong interpersonal and team coordination skills.
• Go-getter attitude and ability to think outside the box.
• Must be a quick thinker, proactive, and self-driven.
