Primary Skills (Must-Haves):

Strong hands-on coding experience as a Web Development Specialist
Full Stack Development experience
Java or Node.js
Angular or React
HTML, CSS
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, and related technologies
Technical team leadership experience

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in technical leadership or architectural roles, driving solution design and successful delivery
Strong hands-on skills with modern web frameworks: Angular/React, HTML5, CSS, GraphQL
Solid experience with CMS platforms, especially AEM
Strong backend and API experience: microservices, Java/Node.js, NoSQL databases, Postman, SoapUI, ReadyAPI
Practical exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, or Machine Learning in real-world implementations
