Fullstack Lead

Role & responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance

applications using modern full-stack technologies.

• Collaborate with Technical Architects, designers, and cross-functional teams to

define technical requirements and translate business needs into robust

solutions.

• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and

providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.

• Architect and implement APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations using

RESTful APIs and modern service-oriented architectures.

• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability by applying best

practices in software design and development.

• Drive adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and development

methodologies within the team.

• Take ownership of the end-to-end software development lifecycle including

planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring minimal

downtime and optimal application performance.

• Collaborate with project managers to estimate effort, plan sprints, and ensure

timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a

related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience (6–8 years) as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 2 years in a

lead or technical lead capacity.

• Strong expertise in front-end technologies:
• TypeScript, JavaScript, React
• Solid experience in back-end development:
• Node.js
• Proficient in database design and development with SQL Server, PostgreSQL,

MongoDB, or similar.

• Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD

pipelines.

• In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud

platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to guide and

mentor development teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DevOps practices and tooling.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning.
• Knowledge of web security best practices, serverless architectures, and cloud

native solutions.

• Ability to drive technology decisions and process improvements across the

development team.
