Role & responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of full stack engineers, ensuring best practices in code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Own the full development lifecycle from system design and architecture through implementation, deployment, and maintenance.
Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver robust, user-centric solutions.
Conduct regular code reviews and establish development standards, including CI/CD workflows and version control best practices.

Full Stack Development

Architect and implement responsive, high-performance web applications using
React

, and supporting technologies.
Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring secure, scalable integration with front-end and third-party systems.
Optimize client-side performance, including rendering speed, API interaction, and caching strategies.
Implement server-side logic, database interactions, and background processes using frameworks like

Maintain and evolve database models (SQL and NoSQL) to support growing product needs.
