Overview of
Position
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer Team Lead with an entrepreneurial
mindset, a fearless attitude and a passion to take software technology to the
next level. The ideal candidate will ensure all projects are delivered on time
and with a high level of quality
Essential
Functions
• Build robust and scalable software in Angular 2+, TypeScript, and
Java 11 according to business needs and project schedules
• Build RESTful services and client applications that consume RESTful
services using JSON payloads
• Extract business logic from existing JSF/Java codebase, for re-
implementing in REST controllers and Angular front end
• Ensure code quality through writing unit tests, automation, and
performing code reviews
Critical Skills • Proficiency with relational databases and SQL
• A track record of projects completed on time
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to drive development efforts toward solving business needs
• Strong systems and analytical thinking with a keen attention to detail
and dependencies
• Support relationship with multiple sets of customer stakeholders
• Ability to simultaneously supervise teams working on distinct projects
Educational/Work
Experience
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in a similar position with a strong proficiency
in the technologies listed below
• Previous mentorship and strong organizational skills is a must
• Experience with full lifecycle software development with enterprise-
level web application development, Java programming, relational
databases, and source code control tools
• 4+ years of full-stack development experience with
Java/JavaScript/Angular/TypeScript
• Proficiency with test automation frameworks (Cypress, Protractor)
• Experience with Oracle, Spring, REST/JSON, and JSF is preferred
• Be able to utilize tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, JBoss, and other
tools for CI/CD pipeline processes
