Full Stack Developer Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Develop
end-to-end enterprise applications
using:
Angular 2+ & TypeScript (Frontend Mandatory)

Java 11 & Spring Boot (Backend — Mandatory)
Build and optimize
RESTful services & microservices
, ensuring seamless API consumption using JSON.
Re-engineer business logic from
JSF / Java codebases
into
REST controllers & Angular UI
.
Ensure outstanding code quality via
unit testing, automation & code reviews
.
Lead delivery across multiple projects with
strong ownership of timelines & quality
.
Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to convert requirements to technical deliverables.
Mentor junior developers and enforce
best coding practices and standards
.

Must-Have Skills (Strict Requirements)

Angular 2+ & TypeScript

Good to Have

Experience with
Cypress / Protractor
for test automation
Experience with
Oracle, JSF
Exposure to
Git, Maven, Jenkins, JBoss & CI/CD

Experience Requirements

7+ years total experience
, with continuous hands-on coding exposure
4+ years of full-stack development
with
Angular + Java + Spring Boot
Prior team leadership / mentorship experience is mandatory
Experience in
enterprise-scale web application development
and full SDLC
