Fullstack Lead

As a Consultant (Full-stack) joining our team, you will collaborate with a team of developers to build backend applications using NestJs/NodeJs and front-end applications using NextJs/ReactJs/Contentful. You bring an ownership mindset, enjoy collaborative problem solving, and believe in the importance of direct but compassionate peer feedback for organizational success. Your passion for infrastructure as code and experience with AWS CLI, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, and/or TerraForm will be valuable assets to our team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using NodeJs, NextJs, and ReactJs - Design and develop applications optimized for both front-end and backend - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards - Work with AWS hosted apps to ensure scalability and security - Uphold core values of Transparency, Integrity, and Equality - Assist in analyzing existing solutions to address Business/Stakeholder/Technical requirements - Provide technical inputs in technical discussions/design/development meetings - Develop highly innovative UI design and Web components through collaboration with experts - Collaborate with the AGILE team **Qualifications Required:** - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript, Typescript, NestJS, and Node.js - 10-15 years of experience in Full stack development using NodeJs, Python, Express, AWS - Experience with CI/CD Pipelines, AWS CloudWatch, Secrets manager, S3, Docker - Familiarity with both Relational and non-relational Databases - Understanding of web services and complex software systems - Proficiency in writing automated unit tests and E2E testing frameworks like Cypress or Playwright - Experience with code repositories, version control practices, and agile development methodology In addition to the above, you should have worked on end-to-end development projects, possess excellent communication skills, and have prior direct client-facing experience. A strong understanding of OOPS concepts, project experience in C# .NET, design patterns, relational database concepts, and Application Performance Management is required. Experience with Build Automation tools, Agile/Devops model, cloud-related models, and microservices development is an added advantage. Your responsibilities will also include designing and maintaining efficient and reusable C#.net code, web-based applications, ensuring application performance and quality, and developing unit test cases.,
