Fullstack Lead

As a highly skilled and experienced Consultant (Full-stack) joining the team, you will be responsible for building backend applications using NestJs/NodeJs and front-end applications using NextJs/ReactJs/Contentful. You will be a strong technical contributor who values the balance between speed and quality in code writing. Bringing an ownership mindset, you will adapt smoothly to changing priorities, enjoy rapid iteration in product development, have informed opinions on technology and system design, and believe in the importance of peer feedback and strong relationships within product teams. Your passion for infrastructure as code will be evident through your experience in provisioning and managing Cloud infrastructure using AWS CLI, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, and/or TerraForm. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using NodeJs, NextJs and ReactJs - Design and develop applications optimized for the front-end and backend - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards - Work with AWS hosted apps to ensure scalability and security - Uphold core values of Transparency, Integrity, and Equality - Assist in analyzing existing solutions to address technical requirements - Develop innovative UI design and web components through collaboration - Provide technical inputs in technical discussions/design/development meetings **Qualifications Required:** - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript, Typescript, NestJS, and Node.js - 10-15 years of experience in Full-stack development using NodeJs, Python, Express, AWS - Experience with CI/CD Pipelines using AWS - Proficiency in AWS CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, S3, and Docker - Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases - Understanding of web services and complex software systems - Experience in writing automated unit tests and E2E testing frameworks - Knowledge of code repositories, version control practices, and agile development methodology *Additional Company Details:* The company values direct but compassionate peer feedback, strong relationships within product teams, and an organizational culture that emphasizes Transparency, Integrity, and Equality.,
