Location: Starting in Gurgaon → Shifting to Bangalore Compensation: Equity + Profit Share (No fixed salary initially) Commitment: Full-time | Travel-ready | On-ground & online hustle Drone Mandi is on a mission to become India’s #1 drone services marketplace — from weddings to inspections, agriculture to media. We’ve got the tech, we’ve got traction, and now we need a marketing co-founder who can take this brand to new heights. This is not a side hustle. This is a co-founder role — skin in the game only. What We're Looking For: You fall into either of these: A. The Doer: 🎯 You bring in leads — by cold outreach, brand-building, social campaigns, or personal network. 📱 You run all of social media — create, post, engage, repeat. 🎥 You make content — edit videos, design posts, shoot reels, and don’t mind being in front of the camera. OR B. The Managerial Hustler (With Skin in the Game): You may not be editing reels, but you understand strategy, scaling, and branding . You can invest some capital (₹₹₹) towards marketing & brand push. You can help us hire, manage, and lead the marketing execution team. (Capital will be used only for paid marketing, influencer tie-ups, event branding, etc.) Non-Negotiables: 100% full-time commitment (not freelance, not passive) Comfortable with equity + profit share (no fixed salary for now) Willing to travel with the team (for client meets, shoots, events) Open to a trial period of 7-15 days to test synergy and speed Bottom Line: We’re looking for a co-founder who either : Brings in leads + content + visibility OR Brings strategy + capital + team-building fire If that’s you, this might just be your next big bet .
