The Doer: - You excel at bringing in leads through various channels such as cold outreach, brand-building, social campaigns, or leveraging your personal network. - Managing all aspects of social media will be your forte - creating, posting, engaging, and iterating strategies. - Content creation is second nature to you - whether it's editing videos, designing posts, shooting reels, or being the face of our brand. OR B. The Managerial Hustler (With Skin in the Game): - While you may not be hands-on with content creation, you possess a deep understanding of marketing strategy, scaling efforts, and building a strong brand presence. - You are willing to invest capital towards marketing initiatives and brand promotion. - Your expertise lies in recruiting, managing, and leading a high-performing marketing team to execute strategies effectively. It is essential for the successful candidate to meet the following non-negotiables: - A 100% full-time commitment is required; this is not a freelance or passive opportunity. - Comfort with a compensation structure based on equity and profit share, with no fixed salary initially. - Readiness to travel with the team for client meetings, shoots, events, and other engagements. - Openness to a trial period of 7-15 days to assess synergy and alignment of goals.
