As a Marketing Co-Founder at Drone Mandi, you will play a crucial role in taking our brand to new heights in the drone services marketplace in India. You will have the opportunity to work full-time, be travel-ready, and engage in on-ground & online hustle. This is not just a side project; it is a co-founder role where you will have skin in the game with equity + profit share, without a fixed salary initially. **Key Responsibilities:** - **The Doer:** - Bring in leads through cold outreach, brand-building, social campaigns, or personal network. - Manage all social media aspects - create, post, engage, and repeat. - Create content by editing videos, designing posts, shooting reels, and being comfortable in front of the camera. OR - **The Managerial Hustler (With Skin in the Game):** - Understand strategy, scaling, and branding for effective marketing. - Invest capital towards marketing & brand push. - Assist in hiring, managing, and leading the marketing execution team. (Capital will be utilized for paid marketing, influencer tie-ups, event branding, etc.) **Qualifications Required:** - 100% full-time commitment (freelance or passive roles will not be considered). - Comfortable with equity + profit share (no fixed salary at the moment). - Willingness to travel with the team for client meetings, shoots, events. - Open to a trial period of 7-15 days to test synergy and speed.
