Full-Stack SEO Specialist (On-Page & Off-Page)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proficient Full-Stack SEO Specialist who can independently manage the entire SEO spectrum — from on-page optimization to complete off-page link-building execution.
This is a hands-on role that requires both strategy and implementation.

The ideal candidate can take full ownership of client SEO deliverables and deliver measurable results.

Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Page SEO

• Conduct full website audits (technical + content + UX)
• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers
• Fix indexing, crawl issues, and internal linking
• Optimize site speed, core web vitals, and mobile performance
• Manage schema markup & structured data
• Keyword research, competitor analysis, and topical mapping
• Optimize content for SEO + user intent
• Create briefs for content writers

Off-Page SEO

• Build high-quality backlinks (white-hat only)
• Execute guest posting, outreach, digital PR, niche edits
• Manage link tracking, indexing, and anchor text planning
• Identify link opportunities across industries
• Build and maintain relationships with publishers/webmasters
• Monitor toxic links & perform disavow when necessary

Reporting & Strategy

• Create monthly SEO reports
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions
• Suggest improvements and identify growth opportunities
• Communicate progress

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven SEO experience
• Strong proficiency in both on-page & off-page
• Experience with tools: Ahrefs / Semrush / Search Console / Screaming Frog
• Knowledge of content strategy & keyword clustering
• Proven backlink acquisition experience (must)
• Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines
• Strong English communication skills
• Understanding of Google algorithms & white-hat practices

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience in content writing
• Basic WordPress technical knowledge
• Experience managing multiple client projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
