Experienced Full-Stack SEO Specialist (2–4 Years)

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Full-Stack SEO Specialist who can independently manage technical SEO, content mapping, keyword clustering, and white-hat link building — without supervision, templates, or beginner-level shortcuts.

If you’ve ranked websites, built topic maps from scratch, and executed real outreach-based link building, this role is for you.

What You’ll DoTechnical & On-Page SEO

• Conduct full SEO audits — technical, content, UX, crawl issues
• Perform advanced keyword research and keyword clustering
• Create content maps and topical authority structures
• Optimize metadata, internal linking, site structure, Core Web Vitals
• Implement schema markup and structured data
• Improve indexing, crawl rate, and fix technical gaps

Content Strategy

• Create high-quality content briefs backed by SERP analysis
• Identify content gaps and create full topical coverage
• Work alongside writers to ensure SEO + user intent match

Off-Page SEO

• Execute white-hat link building (no spam, no automation)
• Guest posts, digital PR, niche edits, blogger outreach
• Manage anchor text planning, link tracking, and link quality
• Build relationships with publishers/webmasters
• Handle toxic link monitoring and disavows

Reporting

• Provide clear monthly SEO performance reports
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions
• Suggest improvements and highlight growth opportunities

Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)
