Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Java Trainer based in Coimbatore. The Full Stack Java Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering Java training sessions, creating educational materials, and providing mentorship to students. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, live coding demonstrations, assisting students with projects, and evaluating student progress. The role also involves staying updated with the latest industry trends and incorporating them into the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java programming, Full Stack Development, and related frameworks
• Experience in teaching or training, curriculum development, and mentorship
• Knowledge of front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (Spring, Hibernate) technologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt to the learning needs of students and provide individual support
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant industry certifications (preferred but not required)
