Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Java Trainer, based in kurnool. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions in Java and full-stack development. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting workshops, assessing trainees through projects, and providing constructive feedback for improvement. The trainer will also assist in curriculum development and stay updated with the latest industry trends to ensure the course contents are up-to-date.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Core Java, Advanced Java, and frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
Experience in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React
Database skills including SQL, MySQL, and database design
Strong programming and problem-solving abilities
Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best coding practices
Passion for teaching and excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly
Experience in delivering training sessions for individuals or groups is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
