We’re entering pilots with partner brands — and now we need the person who will build the tools that power everything behind the scenes.
Own and build:
• manage trials & orders
• assign riders and track status
• manage returns, QC, refunds
• visibility for operations
• trials → purchase analytics
• SKU & size conversion insights
• returns reasons + buyer feedback
• warehouse / geography breakdown
• downloadable reports & logins
Frontend: React / Next.js, Tailwind, charts
Backend: Node.js (Express/Nest), Postgres/MySQL (or Firebase early), REST APIs
Bonus: Auth, basic DevOps, BI/analytics experience
• love dashboards & internal tools
• ship fast → measure → improve
• care about clean data & reliability
• enjoy working closely with founders + mobile team
• Founding team role (meaningful equity + comp)
• Ownership from day one
