Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will leverage new technologies to address complex business challenges while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach, ensuring that the services provided to clients are continuously improved and aligned with their needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Active Order Management Functional. - Strong understanding of full stack development principles and practices. - Experience with cloud technologies and agile methodologies. - Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java. - Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Manhattan Active Order Management Functional. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
