Role Overview

Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Rentkar’s platform using

  Next.js

  and the

  MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)

  .
• Work on scalable backend APIs, data modeling, and real-time updates.
• Implement caching and optimization layers using

  Redis

  for performance.
• Manage state efficiently using

  Redux / Zustand

  and ensure fast, smooth user interactions.
• Collaborate on UI/UX improvements with

  TailwindCSS

  and component libraries.
• Integrate AWS services for hosting, storage (S3), CDN, and security.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code following modern JavaScript practices.
• Work with third-party APIs (Razorpay, Cloudinary, Maps, etc.) and handle webhooks.
• Debug, monitor, and optimize performance for both frontend and backend systems.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and ops teams to ship new features quickly.
