Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview: NeuralQuark Computing is seeking a Full Stack Engineer for an on-site full-time position in Rajkot. As a full stack web engineer, you will be involved in all aspects of web app design, development, and deployment, working in a fast-paced, small-team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Work on creating new and innovative solutions using web technologies. - Build and enhance web applications to enhance the daily lives of thousands of users, with the freedom to experiment and innovate. - Contribute across frontend, backend, and deployment, taking ownership of projects from ideation to deployment. - Prototype quickly in various environments and drive innovation through feedback and PoCs. - Collaborate with the founding team to prioritize and deliver features that simplify and improve user experiences. - Define and refine the tech stack as the company grows, focusing on scalability and user-friendliness. - Translate user feedback into actionable improvements, rapidly prototyping and testing ideas. - Explore new tools and technologies to maintain practical, accessible, and cutting-edge solutions. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a fullstack developer with expertise in frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular) and backend (Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc.) technologies. - Ability to independently build and deploy web applications, including knowledge of databases, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.). - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create user-friendly tech solutions for real-world challenges. - Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team, with a willingness to take initiative and adapt as the team grows. - Experience in rapid prototyping, iterating based on feedback, and delivering impactful features. - Passion for simplifying lives through technology, with a focus on creating intuitive and reliable solutions. - Willingness to learn new languages and tools quickly to tackle diverse challenges.
