Full Stack Engineer

As a full stack web engineer at NeuralQuark Computing, you will be responsible for all phases of web app design, development, and deployment. In this role, you will: - Work on creating new and innovative solutions using web technologies. - Build and enhance web applications that directly enhance the daily lives of thousands of users, with the freedom to experiment and innovate. - Be involved in frontend, backend, and deployment tasks, contributing to all development aspects in a fast-paced, small-team environment. - Prototype quickly in various environments such as frontend, backend, and web apps, utilizing feedback and running quick PoCs to drive innovation. - Take ownership of projects from ideation to deployment, collaborating closely with the founders to shape the direction of solutions. - Define and refine the tech stack as the company grows, leveraging your expertise to build scalable and user-friendly systems. - Translate user feedback into actionable improvements, swiftly prototyping and testing ideas to solve real-world problems. - Collaborate directly with the founding team to brainstorm, prioritize, and deliver features that simplify and enhance user experiences. - Explore new tools and technologies to ensure practical, accessible, and cutting-edge solutions. Requirements: - Proven experience as a full-stack developer with proficiency in frontend (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular) and backend (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar) technologies. - Ability to independently build and deploy web applications, including expertise in databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar). - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate real-world challenges into practical, user-friendly tech solutions. - Comfort with ambiguity, thriving in a small, fast-moving team where initiative and problem-solving skills are crucial. - Experience with rapid prototyping and iterating based on feedback to deliver impactful features swiftly. - Passion for simplifying lives through technology, with a focus on creating intuitive, reliable solutions that users love. - Willingness to adapt to new languages or tools, embracing a fast-learning mindset to tackle diverse challenges.
