About the Role:

Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full-stack applications using

  Java

  and

  React

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile and extreme programming practices.
• Engage in

  pair programming

  to promote collective code ownership and continuous learning.
• Build and maintain

  CI/CD pipelines

  to streamline deployment processes.
• Write clean, maintainable, and

  testable code

  TDD principles

• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.
• Work on both frontend and backend aspects of features with equal proficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience

  with React and Java (Spring Boot or similar).
• Proficient in building RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications.
• Experience with

  CI/CD tools

  such as Bitrise, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Strong hands-on experience in

  Test-Driven Development (TDD)

  .
• Familiarity with

  Extreme Programming (XP)

  practices and values.
• Professional experience in

  pair programming

  and collaborative coding.
• Solid understanding of

  Agile methodologies

  like Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced development environment.
