Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a Full-Stack JavaScript Developer with strong React experience who can single-handedly build and manage web applications. This role is fully remote with flexible working hours.

Technical Requirements

Frontend

• Strong experience with React and Redux
• Proficiency with modern UI tools:
• TailwindCSS
• React Query/Tanstack
• Zustand
• Shadcn UI components
• Ability to optimize UI for improved user experience

Backend

• JavaScript/Node.js
• Express
• Experience with queuing systems (preferably Bull.js)

Database

• PostgreSQL (primary)
• MongoDB experience is beneficial

Additional Skills

• Strong understanding of web fundamentals (APIs, JSON)
• Experience with Prisma
• Python experience is a plus
• Experience using AI coding tools like V0, Cursor is extremely important

Experience

• 2-3+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to build full-stack CRUD applications independently
• Our ideal candidate has completed internships, has interesting side projects, and shows a passion for coding

Responsibilities

• Develop frontend interfaces from UI/UX mockups under PM/CTO guidance
• Implement API integrations, authentication systems, and state management
• Build backend APIs to support frontend functionality
• Single-handedly manage web application development

Requirements

• Experience working in smaller teams
• Demonstrated experience managing at least 3 web applications independently
• At least 1 full-stack open-source project deployed to the cloud (or willingness to complete one as part of the application process)

Selection Process

• Candidates will be evaluated primarily on side projects, GitHub repositories, and past work experience
• We don't assess based on DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms)
• Formal degrees are not required - we hire based on potential and demonstrated skills

Interview Process (Less than 2 days)

• Initial Phone Screen (10 minutes)
• Technical Interview (1 hour)
