Your Responsibilities:

• Build and scale backend systems using Java
• Develop dynamic and responsive UIs using ReactJS
• Design efficient data models and optimize queries with MongoDB
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Development teams to bring ideas to life
• Write clean, maintainable, high-quality code
• Participate in code reviews and debugging
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices

Must-Have Skills:

• 1 year of full stack development experience
• Strong backend fundamentals with Java
• Solid knowledge of ReactJS and frontend best practices
• Expertise in MongoDB: schema design, aggregation, and performance tuning
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Docker or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with Redux, Material UI, or similar libraries
• Understanding of microservices architecture
