Job Title: Java Back-end/full-stack Developer Location: Noida Sector 90 Type: Full-time permanent Notice Period: Max 2 weeks Note:- Only local candidates to Delhi NCR will be considered for this role Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience. 7-10 years of experience in backend or full-stack software engineering . Deep expertise in Java or a similar backend language (e.g., Python, Kotlin ) and eagerness to adopt our stack. Solid understanding of API design principles, RESTful services , and system-level architecture. Experience with MySQL (or equivalent RDBMS), including data modelling and performance optimization. Familiarity with scalable microservices architectures and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes ). Experience working with AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools (preferred: CDK or similar ). Strong grasp of software security, authentication, and authorization best practices. Proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly collaborative startup environment. A mindset of ownership, accountability, and a passion for solving hard problems that matter. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, etc. Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK stack).
