About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience building scalable web applications using the MERN stack. You'll be working closely with our engineering and product teams to design, develop, and maintain production-grade applications with clean architecture, optimized APIs, and intuitive UIs. Experience with TypeScript, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, and cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) is important for this role.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain scalable, performant backend services using Node.js, Express, and TypeScript
• Develop responsive, user-friendly UIs with React.js/Angular
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and occasionally GraphQL
• Write clean, modular, testable code (both frontend and backend)
• Work with both MongoDB and PostgreSQL depending on data needs
• Deploy, monitor, and manage services on AWS, GCP, or similar platforms
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to ship new features
• Participate in code reviews and help define internal standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug performance issues across the stack

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in full stack development using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript (both frontend and backend)
• Proficiency with either MongoDB or PostgreSQL (ideally both)
• Experience deploying applications on AWS, GCP, or similar cloud infrastructure
• Good understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker basics
• Familiarity with security, error handling, logging, and performance tuning
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-moving environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Cypress
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with Server-Side Rendering (Next.js) or microservices architecture
• Exposure to monitoring tools like New Relic, Datadog, or Prometheus
