Key Responsibilities:
● Develop responsive and interactive web applications using Blazor (WebAssembly/Server)
with .NET Core and C#.
● Design, develop, and maintain RESTful Web APIs using ASP.NET Core (C#).
● Collaborate with frontend, backend, mobile, and data teams to ensure seamless integration.
● Implement security mechanisms including ADFS, SAML authentication, RBAC, and token
management.
● Optimize UI and APIs for performance, scalability, fault-tolerance, and cross-browser
compatibility.
● Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, TLS 1.3 security, and user experience best
practices.
● Participate in Agile ceremonies – daily stand-ups, sprint planning, peer programming, and
code reviews.
● Write and maintain unit and integration tests for UI components and business logic.
● Integrate solutions with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins) for automated build, testing, and
deployment.
Required Skills & Experience
● Overall Experience: 4–6 years in full stack development with strong exposure to both
frontend and backend.
Frontend (Blazor/UI):
● Component-based UI development using Blazor (Server/WebAssembly)
● Experience in Real Time updates (SignalR/WebSocket)
● REST API integration and state management in Blazor
● Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript (basic level)
● Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools like GitLab
● Familiarity with responsive design and UI frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, MudBlazor)
Backend (API/DB):
● Designing scalable and stateless APIs with .NET 6/7+
● Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and SQL Server for data access
● Working with structured file inputs (e.g., CSV parsers)
● Understanding of modern API security, performance optimization, and microservices
patterns.
● Proficiency in
○ Git, CI/CD, and API versioning strategies.
○ Windows AD + ASP.NET Identity
○ SSRS
○ Redis (local)
○ Serilog + SQL
● Knowledge in using AI Code accelerators for development activities
