FULL STACK DEVELOPER(MERN)

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js.

2. Strong knowledge of TypeScript for building scalable, maintainable, and type-safe applications.

3. Apply strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) to build efficient, optimized, and high-performance solutions.

4. Knowledge of Java or C/C++ to demonstrate solid programming fundamentals.

5. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

6. Write clean, reusable, and efficient code while following best practices.

7. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

8. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

9. Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the application.

10. Participate in code reviews and team meetings to improve overall software design and architecture.

11.Troubleshoot and debug applications for performance issues and bugs.

12. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in full-stack development.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.

2. Strong proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

3. Solid experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation.

4. Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Tailwind, and responsive design principles.

5. Strong foundation in DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms).

6. Proficiency in at least one core programming language such as Java, C, or C++.

7. Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

9. Excellent communication and time management skills.
