Full-stack Developer (Team Lead)

Role Overview: As a MERN Stack Team Lead at EnactOn in Surat, you will be responsible for architecting scalable full-stack solutions, guiding developers, and ensuring best practices in design, coding, and deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust, user-centric web applications using modern JavaScript technologies such as MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers working on MERN stack projects. - Design and implement full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software engineering standards. - Optimize front-end and back-end performance for scalability and reliability. - Manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows. - Stay updated with the latest JavaScript, Next.js, NestJS, and React concepts. - Document technical workflows and support knowledge sharing across the development team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in MERN stack development, including at least 1 year in a team leadership role. - Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. - Practical knowledge of Redux, Webpack, REST APIs, and front-end optimization. - Proven experience with full-stack development, architecture design, and performance tuning. - Familiarity with agile methodologies, Git version control, and cloud-based development. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
