SRNBS Services Foundation is a Section 8 company registered under DPIIT, dedicated to creating meaningful social impact through skill development, health awareness, and education.Our mission is to empower individuals and communities by enhancing employability, improving access to quality education, and promoting better health.Through strong collaborations with government bodies, corporate sectors, and educational institutions, SRNBS delivers impactful training programs, awareness drives, and development initiatives that contribute to India’s growth and sustainability.We are committed to building a skilled, healthy, and educated nation that thrives on equality, empowerment, and innovation.---Role Description – Full-Stack DeveloperThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi for a Full-Stack Developer.The candidate will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, building and maintaining web applications, and ensuring smooth integration between system components.The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient products.---Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end systems.Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using modern web technologies.Implement and manage Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, user-friendly interfaces.Collaborate with designers, project managers, and team leads to ensure timely project delivery.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.---QualificationsStrong experience in Full-Stack Development.Proficiency in Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.) and Back-End Development (Node.js, Express, PHP, or similar frameworks).Solid understanding of database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full-stack or web development.Experience working with non-profit organizations is an added advantage.
