We are committed to building a skilled, healthy, and educated nation that thrives on equality, empowerment, and innovation. --- Role Description – Full-Stack Developer This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi for a Full-Stack Developer. The candidate will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, building and maintaining web applications, and ensuring smooth integration between system components. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient products. --- Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end systems. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using modern web technologies. Implement and manage Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and team leads to ensure timely project delivery. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. --- Qualifications Strong experience in Full-Stack Development. Proficiency in Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.) and Back-End Development (Node.js, Express, PHP, or similar frameworks). Solid understanding of database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full-stack or web development. Experience working with non-profit organizations is an added advantage.
