About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Python to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, while leading best practices in architecture, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly responsive web applications using React.js (frontend) and Python frameworks (Django/FastAPI/Flask backend).
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX designers) to deliver high-quality products.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards.
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-based deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and proactively recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of full-stack development experience with proven track record in production systems.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Material UI.
• Expertise in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and test automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with Next.js or other server-side rendering frameworks.
• Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Exposure to machine learning integrations with Python.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,764.55 - ₹65,865.68 per month
