We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React.js with Redux on the frontend and Core PHP or Laravel on the backend. You'll be responsible for building scalable web applications, developing REST APIs, integrating databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js, Redux, and PHP (Laravel or Core PHP).
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Create and consume RESTful APIs for frontend-backend integration.
Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL for backend data storage.
Write clean, modular, secure, and scalable code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers for feature completion.
Participate in code reviews, version control (Git), and CI/CD process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

Good To Have

Experience with Next.js or other SSR tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Unit testing with Jest / PHPUnit.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Frontend

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux/Redux Toolkit
Good understanding of HTML5 CSS3 Bootstrap, and Tailwind.
Experience with React Hooks, Form Libraries, and Axios/Fetch.

Backend

Strong command of PHP with Laravel or Core PHP.
RESTful API development and integration.
MySQL/PostgreSQL database design and query optimization.

Tools And Platforms

Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
Postman or Swagger for API testing.
Familiar with Docker (optional).
