Job Summary:

We are hiring a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Node.js and React.js or Angular. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on development experience and the ability to lead and mentor a team. Excellent communication skills in English are a must, as the role involves close collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React or Angular.
• Lead a team of developers, manage project tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.
• Design client-side and server-side architecture.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code.
• Build and manage APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js or Angular.
• Solid experience in building RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to lead a small development team and handle client interactions.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Docker or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
