About the Role: Raksham AI is seeking a Full Stack Developer who can take complete ownership of our platform — from Android/iOS app development to web backend/frontend and UI/UX design. You'll work directly with the founders to build and scale a cutting-edge workforce management SaaS used by field-intensive industries. Responsibilities: Build and maintain mobile apps (Flutter/React Native) Develop web frontend (React) and backend (Node.js/NestJS) Design clean and intuitive UI/UX for web and mobile Deploy and manage product releases end-to-end Requirements: 2+ years of experience in full stack/mobile development Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js Experience in UI/UX tools like Figma Familiarity with Firebase/AWS Nice to Have: Startup experience, DevOps exposure, interest in AI-driven products
