Full Stack Developer (MERN)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js, Next.js, and Node.js to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable web applications, a deep understanding of frontend and backend technologies, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Experience Required:- 5+ years Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain highly responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js on the frontend. Build robust backend APIs and services using Node.js. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Work closely with product managers, QA, and other developers to deliver features on time. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest improvements. Manage deployment and monitoring of applications. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of professional experience with React.js and Next.js for frontend development. Strong knowledge of Node.js and experience building backend APIs. Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API integration. Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API. Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js. Understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth. Experience with version control systems like Git. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
