Full Stack Developer (MERN)

As a Full Stack Developer (MERN) at a fast-growing clean energy startup, your role involves leading the architecture, development, and scaling of high-performance web applications. Your responsibilities include: - Leading end-to-end development using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. - Architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing systems for large-scale applications. - Collaborating with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery. - Implementing observability, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliability. - Mentoring team members and upholding engineering excellence across projects. To excel in this role, you are expected to have: - 5-8 years of full stack experience with deep MERN stack expertise. - Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and microservices. - Proficiency in AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Experience with CI/CD, performance tuning, and system observability tools (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, etc.). - Excellent problem-solving, design, and leadership skills.,
