Equartis Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack MERN Developer to join our growing tech team. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys building scalable web applications, working across the full stack, and contributing to real-world products in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
• Develop server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js
• Manage databases using MongoDB, including schema design and optimization
• Implement authentication, authorization, and API integrations
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in MERN stack development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
• Experience with Git/version control systems
• Good understanding of backend architecture and API development
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
