Role Overview: As a Software Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs aimed at enhancing the technical skills and knowledge of students, employees, or clients. You will simplify complex concepts, conduct hands-on sessions, and ensure that learners can effectively apply software tools and technologies in real-world scenarios. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct classroom, online, and on-the-job training sessions on software tools, programming languages, and technologies. - Design and develop training materials such as manuals, guides, exercises, and assessments. - Customize training modules to meet the specific needs of learners or organizations. - Assess learner progress through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations. - Stay updated with the latest software trends, updates, and industry practices. - Provide mentorship and support to learners, resolving queries and guiding career development. - Collaborate with academic institutions, corporate teams, or clients to align training outcomes with goals. - Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements. Qualification Required: - Strong expertise in relevant software technologies (e.g., programming languages, databases, cloud, AI/ML, etc.). - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learners. - Curriculum development and instructional design skills. - Problem-solving and mentoring abilities. Additional Details: The company values individuals with Bachelors or Masters degrees in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. Prior experience as a trainer, faculty, or software professional is preferred. Certifications in relevant technologies are also considered advantageous, though not mandatory. Please note that this is a full-time position with the work location being in person.
