Software Trainer - AI/ML

Overview:
The Software Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the technical skills and knowledge of students, employees, or clients. The role involves simplifying complex concepts, conducting hands-on sessions, and ensuring learners can effectively apply software tools and technologies in real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom, online, and on-the-job training sessions on software tools, programming languages, and technologies.
• Design and develop training materials, including manuals, guides, exercises, and assessments.
• Customize training modules to meet the specific needs of learners or organizations.
• Assess learner progress through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
• Stay updated with the latest software trends, updates, and industry practices.
• Provide mentorship and support to learners, resolving queries and guiding career development.
• Collaborate with academic institutions, corporate teams, or clients to align training outcomes with goals.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in relevant software technologies (e.g., programming languages, databases, cloud, AI/ML, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Typical Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Prior experience as a trainer, faculty, or software professional.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,594.47 - ₹22,457.13 per month

Work Location: In person
