About the Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer & Team Lead who possesses a strong command over both frontend and backend technologies, with the ability to manage teams and think strategically. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting, developing, and deploying scalable systems while leading a team toward successful, on-time project delivery.

This position requires someone who not only codes efficiently but also contributes to planning, decision-making, and improving the overall technical direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development & Architecture

• Design, develop, and maintain modular backend services using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Prisma ORM.
• Collaborate with frontend teams using Next.js to ensure seamless UI and API integration.
• Implement and manage microservices architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, and clean structure.

Production Deployment & Infrastructure

• Deploy and maintain servers using PM2, Docker, and Nginx, ensuring performance optimization and high availability.
• Manage infrastructure and cloud environments using AWS (EC2, S3, IAM) and Cloudflare.

ERP Module Development

• Lead the development of ERP modules including Attendance, Marks, Subject Management, Fees, and Role-Based Access Controls (Admin, Faculty, Student).

Background Tasks & Queues

• Develop and integrate job queues and asynchronous workflows using BullMQ and Redis, enabling fraud detection and background process management.

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, handle task allocation, daily stand-ups, and code reviews to maintain quality and alignment.
• Actively contribute to strategic technical planning, system design discussions, and project roadmap creation.
• Ensure the team’s work aligns with overall product goals and technical scalability.

Code Quality & Documentation

• Write clean, efficient, and production-grade code following industry best practices.
• Maintain internal documentation for systems, processes, and new features.
• Participate in system design reviews and suggest improvements for performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js, Express, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, and Next.js.
• Proven experience in leading a team and driving technical projects from concept to deployment.
• Ability to think strategically, plan long-term, and optimize technical solutions for scalability and maintainability.
• Experience with microservices, Docker, AWS, and DevOps practices is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
