To be successful as a Full Stack Developer you should have experience with:
Technical Leadership:
- Architect and design scalable microservices using Spring Boot and cloud-native patterns.
- Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure best practices across teams.
- Make critical technical decisions on framework selection, design patterns, and system architecture.
- Drive adoption of modern development practices (TDD, DDD, clean architecture).
