Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Full-Stack Developer (Node.js + MongoDB + React or Next.js)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using

  Node.js

  ,

  Express/Fastify

  , and

  React/Next.js

• Design and implement RESTful APIs

  and integrate them with front-end applications
• Work with

  MongoDB

  and Mongoose to design efficient schemas, queries, and data models
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React, Tailwind, or Material UI
• Ensure code quality through clean, maintainable, and scalable development practices
• Optimize applications for

  performance, security, and scalability

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams in an Agile environment

• Write unit/integration tests and participate in regular code reviews

• Work with Git and CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS services such as EC2

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of full-stack development experience

  (Node.js + React)
• Strong hands-on experience in

  Node.js

  ,

  Express/Fastify

  , and

  REST API development

• Strong experience with MongoDB

  , Mongoose, schema design, indexing, and aggregation
• Solid understanding of

  React.js

  ,

  Next.js

  , and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with UI frameworks like

  Tailwind CSS

  or

  Material UI

• Proficiency in TypeScript

  is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with front-end architecture, SSR, and API integration patterns
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization patterns (JWT, OAuth)
• Experience working with Git and Agile methodologies
• Exposure to AWS, containerization (Docker), and deployment best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
